So, it looks like after being without any significant contract work since December, I now have work from August 1 - December 19th with very limited time being home. As in I was told that between September 4th and December 19th I will only be sent back home for Thanksgiving.

Be careful what you ask for! Happy to be finally working again!

To answer your questions, I work with automotive manufacturers as a pro driver for their experiential marketing events and new model training.

Sounds glamorous, but it really means that I recognize the inside of airports like home and I have status with multiple hotel chains. But, I do enjoy it when the work comes.

Sorry to reply so long after your reply! I am working with several automotive manufacturers. The above mentioned program was cancelled, but I have filled the space with similar work.

Basically I fulfill multiple roles in programs that include dealer training on a new model, experiential programs for consumer to drive a new car or track programs where we take consumers on a race track in a new car.

It's a pretty cool deal and I'm getting to play with some pretty cool stuff!
